Marcia Haber was born in Brooklyn, New York and as a child began discovering her new home in Los Angeles, California from East Los Angeles to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
She wanted to be a medical doctor just like her Uncle Milty to help people heal but the sight of blood changed her mind. This led Marcia to becoming a lawyer then a mediator, teacher and author who helps people heal their wounds of disconnection through inspiring self-awareness and relationship building interactions.
Marcia continues to work with communities to harness their individual and collective resources in ways that bring out the best in everyone.
Cynthia Grande is the daughter of immigrants. Her family comes from El Salvador, and she was raised in San Pedro, CA. Cynthia has always been interested in helping others, and she knew from a young age that she wanted to be a lawyer. She saw how hard her parents worked to provide for their family, and she was determined to make a difference in the world
Today Cynthia advocates for immigrant families to help them live without fear and achieve the American dream. She is an entrepreneur and community leader who serves on several non-profit boards in the community.
It is through this work in the community that Cynthia has developed the leadership and communication skills to connect with people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. She is passionate about empowering others to have the skills and tools to communicate effectively with anyone, no matter the circumstance.
